Parti-Coloured Sapphire & Diamond Ring

An 18ct Yellow Gold Ring on a flat wide shank that tapers at the back set with a parti-coloured Sapphire in green/yellow tones.  Parti-coloured Sapphires come from the gemfields north of Emerald in Queensland and are much underestimated in their beauty.  Each gemstone is unique as the colour tones vary in each stone producing some very interesting shades.  The wide shank is set with 7 diamonds on either side creating a very pretty ring with the sapphire in a rub-over style.  This ring came together really well and was a great memento of Queensland for the client who was visiting our country from overseas.
