Halo-Style Diamond Ring

An 18ct White gold ring with a central Diamond of 1/2 carat surrounded by 8 smaller Diamonds is called a Halo Ring. It’s history dates back to Victorian days when this style was called a Flower Ring. They are such a classic design that remain evergreen. The setting is raised with a repeated V structure below and shoulders on the sides that have 3 more Diamonds on each that just adds that finish and gives more sparkle. The couple became engaged on a holiday in Samoa when he surprised her with the ring. The whole arrangement was made by photos and diagrams sent by text back and forth surreptitiously. No emails in case the game was discovered!
