Purple Sapphire Ring

I was asked to make this ring for my daughter but she was unaware that her partner was colluding with me so the engagement would be a surprise!!  Purple is her favourite colour so I went on the hunt for a stone that would handle the wear and tear of daily life leading me to this rare Sapphire, its natural colour a bonus.  The square cushion cut stone suggested the solid style and was set in White Gold with 9 Diamonds on each side of a Rose Gold shank.  The Wedding Ring will also have Diamonds.  This was a special treat for me.
