Yellow Sapphire and Diamond Ring

This 14ct Yellow Gold Ring was re-created from four old Rings that were no longer worn. The stones were removed and the metal smelted down to give birth to a 14mm wide ring tapering to 8mm at the back, thicker at the top so the gemstones could be set down into the band. The client supplied the beautiful 7mm yellow Sapphire and 2 larger Diamonds for which we created rub-over settings along with 8 different sized smaller Diamonds from previous rings which suggested a sweep around each larger gemstone. The effect is a statement of her personality and a unique addition to her collection.
