This wide Sterling Silver Cuff was inspired by a walk through an Alpine area in Victoria where I collected very long leaves of a Eucalyptus tree. The shape was cut out of the metal and then punched with the design of the veins in the leaf. The metal gradually curved up with the impact. The bangle was then shaped over an anvil using a wooden mallet with the subtle imprint of the design on the outside. A cuff is left open at the back so it is slid across the wrist in place.
